SAP Project Implementation
ERP21's SAP consultancy stems from its ability to work with customers and consulting organizations on different phases of a project.
Throughout the project phase of an implementation, i.e. right from requirement gathering, business blueprint, design, development, testing, end-user training, preparation to go-live and go-live support, ERP21 is able to deliver and participate in any part of a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
With background from various MNCs rollout projects, ERP21's team is capable of addressing and understanding the various cultural behaviours and localization efforts amongst the different countries. We are in the planning stages of building skill sets in the domain of mobility, analytics and support oriented teams.
SAP TRAINING AND EDUCATION
ERP21 conducts SAP related training in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Financials and Controlling and technical development related areas in SAP. Also, within ERP21 there are expertise available to assist clients to manage and execute End-User training related projects.
For End-user training, our capability is to develop training materials, including Training Needs Analysis, deploy e-Learning and sustenance training.
SAP Application Maintenance & Support
ERP21 can provide the strategy for customers and/or partners the expertise to build a support team in place after a customer go-live.
This is built from experience from setting up SAP Asia's first helpdesk support for its customers and from different types of project implementations varying in size and nature.
