Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help manage and enforce detailed project schedule from proposal to implementation and delivering projects against schedule, cost, resource, scope and quality baselines
- Coordinate activities of project teams and 3rd party vendors
- Help manage project resources in schedule (process documentation), staffing, equipment and facilities
- Maintain project issue list and coordinate issue resolution
- Communicate project information to project team and user community
- Organize and verify documentation of project throughout life cycle
- Status reporting (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions); coordination of meetings with internal and external customers
- Tracking of resource allocation and tracking of project progress in accordance with the project plan
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in IT Infrastructure System Integration (SI) industry, preferably someone with IT migrations and server/network Tech refresh experience
- Experienced supporting and coordinating deployments in large corporate environment
- Experienced using MS Office products and tools for project scheduling
- Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without issue), flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
- Display professionalism, quality service and a “can do” attitude to internal members/departments of the organisation over telephone and in-person.
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Work under tight schedule
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited oversight
- Working experience in Government agencies a plus
