Job Description

Major duties and responsibilities of the successful candidates are to work with the Authority’s system management team to:

a. Track problem reports (PR), change requests (CR) and service requests (SR) status and
    progress. 

1. Review third party contractor’s proposed solution for PR/CR to ensure quality and completeness. 
2. Perform impact assessment on PR/CR
3. Drive and co-ordinate all internal and external project teams to achieve ES(Logs) operation status, especially in the area of incident reporting and root cause analysis.
4. Review project artefacts, including for new systems transiting to operation and support phase.
5. Ensure third party contractor conformance to established policies, standards and SOPs (including program, documentation and transport request).
6. Support testing to address system obsolescence.
7. Facilitate security clearance and provisioning of production access for third party contractors.
8. Participate and provide the necessary support and services in activities related to audit and management / progress meetings. 

 

Pre-requisite for SAP Consultant PM (Functional) 

Education Qualification

a. The candidate should possess a Degree in Computer Science, Information System,
    Engineering or Equivalent.

 

Required Competencies

 

1. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP related product and technology implementation.
2. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in design, configuration and support for the following SAP modules: 

    SAP Consultant C – BW Business Warehouse

 

1. Good knowledge of key integration points between SAP Enterprise Resource Planning
     (ERP) modules, as well as good understanding of the data design in SAP R3 Enterprise
     Central Component (ECC).
2. Good planning and coordination skills.
3. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
4. Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
5. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
6. Basic knowledge in ABAP is required.

 

Required Working Experience

a. At least 4 years of working experience in information technology; of which at least 2 years
    of working experience in SAP functional configuration for the following SAP Modules:  

    SAP Consultant C – BW Business Warehouse

1. Experience in project co-ordination.

Security Clearance Requirement 

1. The candidate is required to be a Singaporean and he / she will be subject to security
     clearance. The Supplier shall provide all necessary information requested by the Authority 
     to facilitate security clearance.
