Job Description
Responsibilities:
Users support – phone and email enquiries
Backend Infrastructure Support – Incident Technical Support/ incident server support/ security update patch management
Operation support which includes:
Desktop/Laptop/Printer, setup and support
AntiVirus Console Management
Operating system support
Application support
Computer maintenance
IT Change request
IT Inventory maintenance
Active Directory Management
Requirements:
Diploma holder preferable in IT field related. NiTEC/ITE graduate in IT field with proven track record or experience can be considered.
Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support for end user support environment
Experience in setting up desktop/Laptop & Imaging software & network Printer
Familiar with basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Basic administration of Active Directory & File Sharing
Basic knowledge of network, Server, Security would be advantageous
